The Craniosacral system was discovered  by osteopathic physician John E. Upledger a clinical researcher & Professor of Biomenchanics at Michigan State University.

The Craniosacral system consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain & spinal cord. The Craniosacral system can become restricted resulting in negative affects on the central nervous system.

Craniosacral therapy also described as a "focused relaxation" allows practitioners to improve clients wellbeing and health by using a light pressure hands on method to evaluate the function of the clients Craniosacral system.

CST enhances body functions, alleviating pain and discomfort; helping your body to heal. CST is helpful with a variety of chronic conditions including migraines and headaches, stress and tension related problems, TMJ, chronic fatigue & learning disorders. CST is also used in cases of traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, emotional difficulties, substance abuse rehabilitation and so much more
