Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Iowa in 2001 and began their professional life working with women, children, and adults with developmental disabilities. They went on to pursue a career in massage therapy, graduating from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in 2017. Lauren seeks to combine education with intuition to bring about radical healing opportunities. They are especially interested in addressing trauma of all kinds, using an integrative approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and energetic body.
